The hotel is in a beautiful location, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable; a nearby place, Le Bistro du Lac, is worth a visit for drinks.

The staff were absolutely kind and pleasant. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was good and lovely, not too far from Chateau de Beau Gaillard. The hotel is located in a fairly nice area. Very convenient restaurant served local specialities.

Pleasant small hotel with very obliging staff. A wide range of reasonably priced food. Neat building, marvellous location near to shops, bars and restaurants as well as the river and interesting local shops. Also, very close to a lovely park. The venue of choice in Saint-Avertin...

The unit we got was exceptionally clean and cheap with an updated bathroom. the hotel has a particularly good and lovely location adjacent to interesting local shops.

The location is ideal, the staff is really friendly and always ready to assist, and the rooms are comfortable with modern amenities like a good shower and updated bathrooms.

We stayed at the hotel for one night as a stopover on our way to the Dordogne. The manager was incredibly helpful, giving us great advice on avoiding busy motorways. He also recommended places to eat, both within the hotel and nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The hospitality and service were exceptional, with the owner and his wife going above and beyond to accommodate us. They even posted my grandson's toy back to us that he left behind. We would definitely stay here again!

I must say, the value for money at this 2-star hotel was amazing! The room was even better than expected, spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect, with a lovely park and river just a short walk away.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering more variety.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, within a close distance from La Camusiere. We stayed in a cheap family room with a decent shower, an updated bathroom. Rewritten: We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Le Faisan in Saint-Avertin. the location was ideal, close to La Camusiere, and our family room was both affordable and comfortable, featuring a good shower and a modern bathroom.

This place has an excellent location very close to a beautiful park, immaculate rooms, and a nice breakfast with plenty of food available.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great value for money at this hotel. The room was clean, newly decorated, and even had two double beds! The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient for a nice stroll by the river before dinner.

One small thing that could have made the breakfast even better was to have some tea or coffee-making facilities in the room.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance to the town center, river, public transportation, and a popular local spot, Guinguette-la-Nouvelle, making it accessible and easy to explore the surroundings.
